for all occasions. The arrangements shown represent
some of our most popular items, however our designers
can artfully produce many more beautiful designs to
your desire. We even have BETA FISHES in vase ready

The Blue Rose Story
There have been many attempts by scientists in the
past to change the DNA of a rose to produce a blue rose.
However, up till this day, the true blue rose still
doesn't exist. The problem lies in the fact that the
blue pigment (delphinidin) is not naturally present
in roses. They have tried extracting the blue pigment
from other flowers like delphiniums and violets and
crossing with roses, but it is not a true blue. There
is exciting news though of Japanese scientists that
have successfully produced the first true blue rose.

We are open to serve you from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday
through Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, Saturdays and closed
on Sundays.
Areas Covered
Blue Rose Florist delivers to the entire city of Toronto,
including Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke,and East
York. We also deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Markham,
Pickering and as far north as Richmond Hill and Newmarket,
as far west as Hamilton and as far east as Bowmanville.
For deliveries out of our range, we use the extended
services of FTD and TELEFLORA .Therefore we can deliver
to anywhere in Canada, United States and around the
world.
Holiday Hours
Blue Rose Florist will be closed on: New Year's Day,
Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day (Canadian)
, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Canada Day and Civic Holiday.

At Blue Rose Florist we do it all and some of our specialty
items include:
- Beta fish in vase
- Dora the Explorer Gift items
- Special shaped large Helium balloons including Dora
and SpongeBob
- Garden birds and bugs on picks to add to any arrangement
- Cinderella Coach (money box) and Arch rental for
weddings
- Dried and silk arrangements
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday during
our business hours at a charge of $10.00 within Toronto.
We deliver on Sunday for special funeral and wedding
orders only. When our volume of business permits, we
can schedule deliveries for particular times of day
at a modest additional charge.
We also offer delivery outside Toronto at a charge
of
- $14.00 to anywhere in Canada or the U.S.
- $18.00 to any other country
When placing an online order, please be sure to place
your order at least one day before the desired delivery
date. For international orders, please order at
least 3 business days before the desired delivery date.
If you need same-day delivery, please call our shop
directly.
Note: We do not deliver to post office boxes.
Price Policy
All amounts shown are in Canadian Dollars if the order
is to be delivered to an address in Canada.
If the order is to be delivered to an address outside
Canada, all amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars.
